Just a Harmless Little Heist....

[She just said that she'd be back later and told them to keep out of trouble.]

Kohl pulls her hood up and takes a moment to get her bearings. She's having second thoughts about the matter.

"Which way?"

She points hesitantly in the correct direction and starts that way with her head ducked under her hood as she silently plots a way to get out of this.

He follows her. "You don't have to get close. Once we're within a block, I'll let you go back."

She doesn't reply beyond a slight nod.

Lezvie follows her.

She finally slows to a stop at a corner and glances around as if she heard something. She shivers a bit and nods ahead. "On the next street up there's a building with a bar on the lower level. The third floor is where he is."

Lezvie nods and heads that way. He enters the building next door and sneaks up to its third floor, peering into the mobster's building.

There's a long hallway, with three different doors along it. Behind the last of these doors, soft crying and a man's voice can be heard.

Lezvie clambers around the outside of the building to that room's window, peering in like an invisible ninja.

The girl is tied up and huddled in the corner, a deep gash running down the side of her face. The leader of the mob is packing a disk and letter into an envelope and giving delivery instructions to the two other men in the room.

Lezvie opens the window and throws daggers into the throats of all three in one smooth motion.

The girl jumps and gasps, eyes growing wide as she stares at Lezvie and tries to decide whether he's friend or foe.

Lezvie gathers up and stashes the envelope into his cloak. "I'm here to rescue you."

[What's her name again?]

[...uh. I think it was Jenny. XD]

Jenny gives him a hopeful look. "Are you?"

"I am. Come, I'll take you away from here." He holds his arms out to her.

She scrambles up, hands still bound behind her, and hurries to him, limping slightly.

He cuts her bonds and scoops her into his arms.

She clings to him, hoping, and pretty sure ,he's telling the truth

Lezvie hops out of the window, climbing down to the street.

Jenny buries her face against him and continues to cling.

Lezvie rushes down the street back to the base.

The others have all made it safely back to base, have been filled in on what happened by Taph and Jett, and are now waiting in the living area, many of them pacing.
Kohl and her sisters are keeping quiet in Lezvie's room.

Lezvie walked past his room and called the girls out, then brought Jenny into the common area.

Kohl followed cautiously with Claire and Flower.

When Lezvie appeared in the common area with Jenny, everyone did a jawdrop (except Jett). "You found her!" Carman exclaimed.
